Funds from the Fred C. Hart Scholarships are used each year to provide financial assistance to undergraduate students who are enrolled at Cornell University, are members of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, and have a demonstrated financial need. Students will receive a scholarship grant and work-study assistance.

Congratulations to Paul Picinich '12, the 2009-2010 recipient of the Fred C. Hart/Phi Gamma Delta Scholarship Award! Paul is interested in psychology, linguistics, Spanish, and cognitive studies.
